4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is due upon subscription and automatically renews unless cancelled.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months

10. Termination
